MKWeb was ranked the 3rd most popular web site in the UK by one of the countries top review bodies.*
Beaten only by the Corporation of London and the hi-tech city of Cambridge MKWeb outpaced 464 other local authority web sites who were surveyed by the Society of IT Managers (SOCITM) in their "How Good is Your Website?" report for 2003.

MKWeb is a joint venture between MKWeb Ltd and Milton Keynes Council and is supported by many local organisations and businesses. It is visited by up to 250,000 people per months who view around 700,000 pages.
MKWeb uses Portal Constructor as its core platform enabling it to gather content, evolve organically and grow its audience with minimal centralised staff.
