All land enquiries, in respect of ownership or purchase, should be directed to the Council's Property Services Section. In response to the initial enquiry a plan of the subject area and a copy of the guidance notes for such enquiries will be sent out. The site and area of the land in question should be marked clearly on the plan and returned to Property Services Section, upon receipt of which the enquiry will be investigated in accordance with the procedures set out in the notes.
Enquiries into Council owned premises for let or sale should also be directed to the Property Services Section.
