The National Healthy Schools Standard has three strategic aims:
- to reduce health inequalities
- to promote social inclusion
- to raise educational standards
Locally, MK schools have been enthusiastic and committed in working towards the Healthy Schools Standards.
This web site, launched in December 2003, is designed to support schools in their work, promote the successes and achievements of schools and provide resources for Healthy Schools Coordinators, teachers, parents and children.
