Dates for Key Decisions
Each month the Leader will produce a Forward Plan of Decisions which are to be taken by the Cabinet, individual Cabinet Members, or officers, during the following twelve months:
A Key Decision is an executive decision which:

- who is going to make the decision;
- when the decision is going to be made;
- who is to be consulted before the decision is made;
- how they are to be consulted;
- how anybody else can make their views known; and
- the documents which will be taken into account when the decision is made.
